BAD COILLE

Bad Coille is a long-term holding of commercial forestry located in Caithness and Sutherland. The property is in an area slated for environmental restoration so the trees will be felled and not restocked. This will enable the installation of a wind farm in final stage of planning anticipated to produce 920GWh per year which is enough to provide clean energy to approximately 300,000 homes.

SPY HILL

Spy Hill is a long-term holding of commercial and native species forest in Aberdeenshire.

LITTLE KERLOCH

Little Kerloch is a long-term holding of commercial and native species forest in Aberdeenshire. Little Kerloch is part of an existing operational wind farm of 75.9MW capacity providing clean energy to approximately 40,000 homes on an average annual basis. A second wind farm on the site is currently under development.
